Leave a review

Rate a finished job from 1 to 5 stars and say what went well. You can change it until the pro answers.

Reviews come only from finished jobs on Holuway, so they help others choose. You can review a job for 60 days after it is done.

Write your review

  1. Step 1Open the finished booking, from the review email or from My services under Completed.
  2. Step 2Under How did and the pro's name, choose from 1 to 5 stars.
  3. Step 3Under What went well, tick any that fit, such as On time or Left it clean. This is optional.
  4. Step 4Under Tell others about the work, add a few words if you like.
  5. Step 5Select Post review.

Your review is shown on the pro's Holuway page with your first name and last initial.

Change your review

Select Change my review, make your changes and select Save review. Once the pro answers your review, it can no longer be changed.

Note: A review is not the place for a complaint that needs fixing. Select Get help on the booking to reach Holuway support; see Report a problem.
