Book a pro
Book from a quote, at a set price with an open time, or let Holuway choose the pro. Nothing is charged until the work is done.
There are up to three ways to book, depending on the job and the pros near you. In every one, you pay for the work once it is done, and only the pro you book gets your street address and contact details.
Book from a quote
- Step 1Open your request page and find the quote you want among your quotes.
- Step 2Under Choose a time, pick one of the times the pro offered.
- Step 3Select the button that books that pro, for example Book Brightside Home Cleaning.
A confirmation opens with the time, the address and the price, then your booking page.
Book at a set price
When pros near you have a set price and open times, the Price step of the request shows Your price.
- Step 1Choose a pro, then a day and a start time. The time is held for you for a few minutes.
- Step 2Add your contact details and check the request. Your booking shows the pro, the time and the total.
- Step 3Select Book for and the amount.
Signed in to a confirmed account, you are booked at once. Otherwise we email you a link: open it to finish booking while the time is held. Prefer quotes? Select Request quotes instead on the Price step.
Let Holuway choose your pro
For some jobs the Price step also offers Let Holuway choose your pro at one price. Choose a day and a time of day and book. Holuway offers the job to qualified pros near you; the first to accept takes it at that price. Your booking says Provider assignment in progress until then, and you see who is coming as soon as one accepts.
Note: Booking charges nothing on Holuway. You pay the pro for the work after it is done; see Pay for a job.
