Create an account
Sign up free with your email or Google, choose whether you are renting or managing, and confirm your address.
A Holuway account is free. You can search homes, save them, book tours and even apply without one, but an account keeps everything in one place on every device, and you need one before a landlord can send you a lease.
Sign up
- Step 1Go to Create your account.
- Step 2Under I am, choose Looking for a place or A landlord or manager. On Stays and Spaces the choices are booking or hosting.
- Step 3Enter your first name, last name, email address and a password. Landlords and hosts can add a business name too; it is optional.
- Step 4Tick I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then select Create account.
- Step 5Open the email we send you and select the confirmation link.
Your password needs at least 10 characters, cannot be a common password, and cannot be built from your email address. The page shows each rule as you type.

Confirm your email
You can sign in once your email address is confirmed. See Confirm your email address if the email does not arrive or the link has expired.
Sign in
Go to Sign in, enter your email and password and select Sign in. Keep me signed in is ticked for you; untick it on a shared computer.
